RETURN POLICY
Returns can be made within 7 days of receipt for products ordered at BioFix.
Products returned must be products with no signs of being used, with their original stamps, marks and original packages intact (unless the product is defective or damaged during transportation). In addition, to make a return, customers must also keep the purchase invoices of BioFix.
The return and return process is done when the package is returned at our warehouse.
